At 7:30 a.m. on November 3, 2018, the "Xinyida Group Quality Management System Training Meeting" was held in the fourth‑floor conference room of the Group, attended by all logistics and administrative staff. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Ning Weiguo. Senior management present included former Chairman Liu Zebo, Technical Director Liu Enchen, Management Representative Zhang Haijun, Deputy General Manager of Finance Hu Jiliang, Deputy General Manager of Production Wei Guotong, Deputy General Manager of Supply Zhao Dongxiang, as well as heads of various departments.

At the meeting, Quality Assurance Department Manager Liu Falei delivered a detailed presentation covering the operation of the quality management system, relevant provisions of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, management system documentation, organizational structure, requirements for system operation, and internal and external audits. He also cited practical examples from the daily work of various departments and offices to illustrate the operational status of the system documentation.

All attendees greatly benefited from the session and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of their daily management tasks and their relevance to the management system.

After the meeting, former Chairman Liu Zebo and Deputy General Manager Ning Weiguo delivered concluding remarks one after another. They affirmed the importance of the meeting, encouraged staff from all departments to actively learn about and follow up on the system's operational status, and called on everyone to contribute to the sustained and effective operation of Xinyida Group's management system.
