Synda Steel Pipe Group Co.,Ltd was established in July 2003. It occupies an area of 250,000 m², with a built-up area of 50,000 m². The company specializes in the production of spiral steel pipes and anti‑corrosion steel pipes (3PE, 2PE, FBE, etc.), and also trades in seamless steel pipes, straight‑seam steel pipes, and steel coils. With a registered capital of RMB 181 million and total assets of RMB 1.05 billion, the company employs over 400 staff, including more than 120 technical professionals. It currently operates three spiral pipe production plants, an anti‑corrosion processing company, a plate processing company, and an international trade company. The company operates nine spiral steel pipe production lines equipped with advanced manufacturing and inspection facilities to ensure superior product quality, with a designed annual capacity of 800,000 tonnes. It can produce spiral pipes in diameters from Φ219 mm to 3660 mm, wall thicknesses from 6 mm to 28 mm, and up to steel grade X100. Each production line is fully equipped with hydraulic pressure testers, X‑ray industrial flaw detectors, online ultrasonic testing systems, and other advanced physical and chemical testing instruments. In 2015, the company obtained national CNAS laboratory capability accreditation. Its products meet the requirements of domestic and international standards such as API‑5L, GB/T 9711, GB/T 3091, EN10217, and EN10219, ensuring precision, stability, and high quality, with every pipe guaranteed to meet specifications.

In addition, the company operates a 3PE anti‑corrosion coating line that covers the full product range from Φ219 mm to 3660 mm and single lengths from 6 m to 18 m, all of which can be professionally processed. This achieves a deep integration between manufacturing processes and anti‑corrosion standards, fundamentally eliminating risks such as quality fluctuations and schedule uncertainties often associated with outsourced processing.

It has obtained numerous certifications, including quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems; API Q1 and API 5L license authorization; national (Class A and B) special equipment manufacturing permits; EU (PED & CPR) certification; PetroChina and Sinopec HSE certification; as well as energy management, carbon footprint, intellectual property, innovation, measurement, and five‑star after‑sales service certifications.
