In early September 2018, Xinyida Group officially launched its "100‑Day Campaign to Sell 100,000 Tonnes of Steel." By the end of September, sales had reached 32,702 tonnes, marking the first victory of the campaign. To ensure the smooth progress of this initiative, all staff, under the leadership of the General Manager, united closely and worked in full coordination. Every department took active action—sales teams charged into the market, production lines ran without pause, supply was secured, quality assurance maintained strict control, and logistics provided excellent support. All activities proceeded in an orderly yet intense manner, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of the campaign and making a promising start.

After the campaign was launched, everyone became busier than before, with the mission of accomplishing the "100‑Day Campaign" firmly in mind. Daily sales averaged over 1,000 tonnes. To move 1,000 tonnes of products from the production line to the customer’s hands required a tremendous amount of work, with every link in the chain closely connected.
The sales team, upon signing a contract, would immediately communicate with various departments to inquire about raw material prices, applicable standards, and payment terms. They also coordinated and followed up on a series of tasks including customer pickup, payment collection, invoicing, and transportation. The supply department procured raw materials and locked in prices through timely communication with steel mills to ensure ample inventory met production demands. Production staff worked overtime around the clock, improving changeover success rates and product yield while guaranteeing quality. The quality assurance department rigorously inspected every pipe, ensuring full traceability for each batch. The finance department actively raised and allocated funds, issued invoices promptly to customers, and accelerated capital turnover.
Due to road maintenance work that had begun earlier in the year, vehicle access to the company was significantly hampered. However, the office staff went to great lengths to coordinate the flow of vehicles in and out, ensuring that both incoming material deliveries and outgoing shipments proceeded in an orderly manner. The canteen provided hot, tasty meals with balanced nutrition for the workers. Meanwhile, the loading crew faced challenges because the company’s production sites were scattered, making truck loading difficult. Nevertheless, they overcame these obstacles by promptly redirecting vehicles and successfully completing all loading tasks.

Golden October, the season of harvest, is not only the peak sales season but also the critical period of this campaign. We must ensure contract volumes, rational production scheduling, shipment quantities, production safety, product quality, compliance with environmental requirements, and the speed of capital return. Both internal and external information flow must be kept smooth. We need to maintain a holistic view, reduce external sourcing, lower costs, and ensure proper closure for every order.
During the course of this campaign, though we have encountered various challenges, we have tackled and overcome them one by one with a united spirit—"one heart, one mind." Whether it was the economic downturn and tight credit, environmental governance measures, sluggish demand, rising raw material prices, traffic congestion during the National Day holiday, or a shortage of production personnel, we promptly filled the weak links and made contingency plans. We should normalize this spirit of unity, adapt to new situations and new requirements, continuously improve the professional competence and working capabilities of the Xinyida team, and persist for the long term. We must maintain our "combat spirit" and consolidate our achievements. As the saying goes, "The last leg of a journey marks just the halfway point." The workload in October is even heavier, so all employees should redouble their efforts, work together with one heart, and deliver a satisfactory answer sheet to society, our customers, our families, and ourselves, so as to joyfully welcome the New Year.
