Hebei Huijin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., jointly established by Cangzhou Xinyida Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, is a company specializing in the production of ERW high‑frequency welded square and rectangular steel pipes and special‑shaped steel pipes. The company covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a plant building area of 30,000 square meters and a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It has 15 technical personnel, two square/rectangular pipe production lines, and two ERW 400×16 high‑frequency welded pipe production lines. The product specifications range from 100×100 to 300×300 mm and 100×120 to 200×400 mm, with wall thicknesses from 3.75 to 16 mm, offering over 600 varieties. The products comply with GB/T 6728‑2002, EN 10210‑2006, EN 10219‑2006, and JIS G3192‑2010 standards. They are widely used in large‑scale steel structures, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, automotive, and oil extraction platforms, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tonnes. The company is equipped with comprehensive transportation and testing facilities, holds 7 technical patents, and meets the standards and requirements of major domestic and international engineering projects.

From October 10 to 13, 2018, Lloyd's Register Certification conducted a three‑day BC1 certification audit on our company's square and rectangular steel pipe products and quality management system. The audit covered six material grades under the European standards EN 10210‑1:2006 and EN 10219‑1 (S235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S355J0H, S355J2H, and S355K2H), Grade 50 under the American standard ASTM A501‑2007, four material grades under the Japanese standard JIS G 3192:2010 (SM400B, SM400C, SM490B, and SM490C), and six material grades under the Chinese national standard GB/T 6728‑2002 (Q235C, Q235D, Q345D, Q345E, Q390D, and Q390E). The product specifications ranged from 100×100 to 300×300 mm and 100×120 to 200×400 mm, with wall thicknesses from 3.75 to 16 mm.

During the certification process, an on‑site audit was conducted at the square/rectangular pipe production workshop. The auditors reviewed 92 sets of type test products and 5 sets of process technical documents and records for square/rectangular pipe products, and witnessed physical and chemical performance tests on four groups of products. The audit team inspected our company's production process control system for square/rectangular pipes through sampling methods. The sampling results were found to comply with the basic requirements of BC1:2012. At the closing meeting, the product certification scope was jointly confirmed with relevant personnel, including Liu Enchen (Technical Director), Zhang Haijun (Management Representative), Liu Falei (Quality Assurance Engineer), and Zheng Peide (Workshop Manager of the Square/Rectangular Pipe Production Line). Following the successful audit, Lloyd's Register Certification will issue the BC1 certificate.

Xinyida Steel Pipe Group's successful passage of the BC1 (Design Guide for Structural Steel to Eurocode 3 for Singapore Building and Construction Applications) certification audit signifies not only a step forward for Xinyida Steel Pipe Group in diversifying its product portfolio from the original single spiral pipe product to include square and rectangular pipes and other products, but also represents a new milestone in the Group's certification credentials. More importantly, it means that our sales team can now expand their business scope beyond the three existing international sales areas – API 5L products for the petroleum and natural gas sector, PED products for the EU boiler and pressure vessel sector, and CPR products for the construction sector – to include the square/rectangular pipe application markets in countries and regions such as China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, and beyond, with a focus on the application field of steel for building and construction in Singapore.
