Notice of Company Name Change

Due to the needs of our business development, our company’s name will be officially changed from "Cangzhou Xinyida Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd." to "Cangzhou Xinyida Pipeline Co., Ltd." effective December 17, 2021. From that date onward, our bank account name and invoicing information will be updated to reflect the new company name.

We would like to assure you that this name change does not affect our legal entity, business scope, or existing contractual obligations. All contracts signed prior to the change remain valid, and our established business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
