Steel pipe corrosion protection (three-layer polyethylene corrosion protection coating) is a three-layer structured corrosion-resistant pipeline consisting of an epoxy powder primer layer, an adhesive intermediate layer, and a polyethylene outer protective layer applied sequentially on the outer wall of the steel pipe. Through the synergistic mechanism of "chemical adhesion of the epoxy layer, stable overlap of the adhesive layer, and physical shielding of the polyethylene layer", the steel pipe is endowed with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, mechanical damage, and cathodic disbonding.
