In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Guidelines for the Approval of Environmental Impact Assessment Documents for Construction Projects and the Independent Undertaking of Environmental Protection Facility Acceptance by Construction Units (Trial), our company commissioned Hebei Bohai Yuanda Environmental Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. to prepare the completion acceptance report for environmental protection facilities for the "Cangzhou Xinyida Steel Pipe Group Relocation and Technical Upgrade Project" in line with the acceptance report preparation requirements. On March 29, 2018, we organized experts to conduct the acceptance inspection of the environmental protection facilities supporting the construction project, and the acceptance opinion was formed: the project basically satisfies the requirements of the EIA and its official reply, and thus passed the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities. From April 7, 2018 to May 6, 2018, the acceptance monitoring report and expert acceptance opinions were publicly disclosed on the official website of Cangzhou Xinyida Steel Pipe Group in accordance with the law, with a public notice period of one month.
